We love doing portraits! In our careers as professional photographers we have probably taken more portraits than any other type of photography. We mainly shoot portraits on location. We carry our own lighting equipment when necessary for example when shooting in a home or office environment. When shooting outdoors we use a flash fill and/or other items to control the lighting.

I started shooting portraits at the age of 16. Below on the left is one of the first portraits I took of by best friend back then. The picture on the right is a self-portrat I took at the age of 19 when I lived in Paris. Recently I did some Photoshop enhancements to it.

Of course I love taking pictures of kids (I have over a 1000 photos of my great-grandson! The two pictures one the rightside of the page are of him). Below is a collage of three of my children. They are all grown and living their own lives now. I'm glad I have these photos:
